Fort Bend Church
The Fort Bend Church renovation modernizes the sanctuary while enhancing functionality and visual clarity. New finishes throughout create a brighter, more cohesive worship space, including updated carpet in the sanctuary, vestibule, and foyer with a layout inspired by the existing roof geometry. Wood pews were refinished with a new stain and updated upholstery, while all trim, baseboards, and wood caps were refreshed. The stage was expanded with new wood flooring, relocated stairs at each end, and an integrated trough to conceal speakers and wiring. The choir stand was raised above a new LED screen and outfitted with sleek glass railings to provide unobstructed views between the choir and congregation. Concealed stairs and wing walls create a clean, flush appearance. Additional upgrades include new laminate finishes on existing doors, coordinated AVL integration with a dedicated equipment closet, theatrical lighting with controls, updated acoustical panels, white paint, and the conversion of a classroom into a fully equipped green room with a private bathroom.
