Todd L. Blitzer is the founding principal of Mirador Group established in 1995. His passion for working with clients to help achieve their goals and dreams within their projects is what drives Todd to make every project reach its full potential.
Todd’s professional experience includes a variety of project types and scopes from commercial to residential projects which include office buildings, lease spaces, hospitality, mixed-use, and renovation/restoration projects. Upon graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Architecture, he moved to Los Angeles where he practiced architecture for three years. Todd moved to Houston in 1991 where he worked for PBK Architects for five years before establishing Mirador Group in 1995.
Todd has more than 30 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects across the country including Texas, California, Ohio, and Illinois. He is a registered architect in both Texas and California and is a member of the AIA & NCARB. Todd has served on the Bellaire Building and Standards Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Board of Adjustments. He is presently serving on the Bellaire Parks and Recreation Board, is a community member of the Bellaire High School PAT (Project Advisory Team), and is a member of the City of Bellaire ad hoc committee for the Municipal Buildings.
